Forecasting Strength Parameters of Hardened Geopolymer Slurries Applied to Seal Casing Columns in Boreholes

Ensuring effective sealing of casing columns in boreholes requires the use appropriate technology cement slurry injection into annular space and a properly designed recipe. Very often, when selecting technological parameters slurry, special attention is paid to fresh but little mechanical sheath that being formed (the after setting). In order improve hardened space, new generation with increased durability (so-called geopolymers) used. Slurries based on geopolymers are obtained by modifying slurries common-use cements mineral additives pozzolanic or hydraulic properties. Most these fly ashes from combustion hard coal ground granulated blast furnace slags. The article presents results testing prepared basis CEM V multi-component cement. It was found increase amount silica ash causes delay strength growth rate; such have lower values early strength. water–cement coefficient has strongest influence parameters. test also statistically developed, thanks which it possible select mathematical model, this enables prediction for as function their hardening time. Such solution can save some labor-intensive research, which, however, cannot be omitted final stage design.
